CrowdFlower, which helps businesses manage crowdsourced tasks, announced that contributors have completed 1 billion "judgments" (which is the basic unit of work on the platform).The company says those judgments are "the crux of microtasking", with businesses asking CrowdFlower contributors to do things like judge whether an image is appropriate or whether an address record in a marketing database is complete.
