Newbies Watch 'Star Wars' For the First Time: Follow Along

It's Star Wars day, so remember those less fortunate than yourself — that is, people who have never seen the original Star Wars movie, retroactively titled Episode IV: A New Hope.

Yes, they exist, and in greater numbers than you might think.

To address this problem, Mashable has partnered with Change.org and Lucasfilm to host a special screening Saturday night in San Francisco. Dozens of grown-up newbies will get their first taste of Star Wars. Their friends and family will be capturing their reactions live — and you can follow along

As with our first newbie-watching-Star-Wars event last year, starring Mashable features writer Christine Erickson, the Twitter account @StarWarsPlot will be tweeting out key moments in the movie as they happen.
