Apple Announces WWDC 2013: June 10-14

Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference will take place this year between June 10-14 at San Francisco's Moscone West, the company announced on Wednesday.

As with previous years, the conference will focus on iOS and OSX, Apple's two major platforms. Unlike in previous years, Apple decided to pre-announce the conference and start selling tickets ($1,599) on Thursday at 10 AM PT. That move likely comes in response to developers in Europe and the West Coast who were frustrated last year when tickets were announced and put on sale at 5:30 PT and sold out in less than two hours.
