Psy's 'Gentleman' Sets Record for Most YouTube Views in Single Day
Korean pop star Psy had the bar raised high for his first song since "Gangnam Style" and, believe it or not, he's breaking records again.
In the first 24 hours after its debut, his video for the new song "Gentleman" — which launched April 14 on YouTube — was watched 38 million times, according to new YouTube statsYeesh, that's a lot.
The previous record holder for the most views in one day was set by KONY 2012 (30 million views) last March. As of now, "Gentleman" has 200 million views and still a long way to go to reach "Gangnam Style," the most watched video ever on the site with 1.5 billion views. Read more...
