People despise being told the areas they're lacking and how they can improve. But, for a few tools that make winning easier, it's worth swallowing your pride.

A recent post by LinkedIn on the arsenals of highly successful entrepreneurs shows what weapons of war these figures use for battle and what they can't get through their workday without.

"Their answers ranged from smartphones, to bike lock keys, to brilliant colleagues," LinkedIn editor Francesca Levy told Mashable. She says more than one-third of the 60 influencers who contributed can't live without their mobile devices — no small surprise. But they're not using those devices just for Internet surfing, texting or even business calls. "Peter Guber, owner of the L.A. Dodgers, uses his phone to watch a live feed of his new AAA stadium being constructed. Craigslist founder Craig Newmark treats his gadgets as customer service tools because he self-identifies as a customer service rep and nerd." Read more...
