Hands On With the Pretty, Pricey Google Chromebook Pixel


The Chromebook Pixel, that high-definition touchscreen laptop Google launched Thursday, isn't for everyone. At $1299 and $1449 for the wi-fi and LTE versions respectively, it certainly isn't for every budget. Many potential purchasers will be aghast that what you get for that is a laptop basically running the Chrome browser, albeit one with QuickOffice built in, 64 GB of local storage and a whopping 1 TB of cloud storage.
