Georgia Politician Wants to Ban Lewd Photoshopping


What's wrong with a little Photoshop pranking? Plenty, if you ask Georgia State Rep. Earnest Smith.

Smith is calling for such mock-ups to be made illegal in his state and punishable by a $1,000 fine, after being embarrassed by a blogger who photoshopped the politician's head on a nude male porn star's body. The bill was first introduced by a different politician last year, after a teenage girl was the victim of a similar act, but it failed to reach a vote.
