Convicted Hacker Says Andrew Jackson Would Be a Meaner Troll


Andrew Auernheimer, better known for his online nickname "Weev," is what some call an Internet troll, a gray-hat hacker who likes to cause chaos online and shame corporations, exposing their mistakes. Chaos doesn't necessarily mean illegal activity, but his exploits certainly haven't made a lot of fans among authorities.

He's awaiting sentencing for his role in the infamous iPad/AT&T security breach of 2010, when he discovered a way to access sensitive data pertaining to iPad users. The data was actually publicly available, and Auernheimer and his associates didn't hack or break into any protected servers to get it.
