NRA Breaks Social Silence With First Tweet Since Newtown Shooting


The National Rifle Association broke its four-day social media silence Tuesday by announcing via Twitter a "major news conference" in Washington, D.C. set for Friday. In a linked release, the NRA promised "meaningful contributions" to "make sure this never happens again."
