Power of Introverts Video Is a Surprise Viral Hit


A hand-drawn YouTube video based on an academic topic with a voice-over by a non-native English speaker isn't exactly the sort of thing you imagine going viral. (Not unless it was drawn by cats or featured a surprise appearance by PSY.)

Still, less than two weeks after its release, "The Power of Introverts" has racked up an impressive 1 million views on YouTube.

Based on the book Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking by Susan Cain, the video is illustrated and narrated by Daniel Widfeldt Lomas, a Swedish-born former student at the New York Film Academy.
