Shop It To Me, which bills itself as a personal shopper for discounted clothing,is launching an online tool Monday designed to help you track sales, and find clothes and accessories in your budget.

The tool, dubbed "Threads," allows you to create highly customizable feeds based on your brand, style, sizing, color and budget preferences. You can create, for instance, a Thread that lets you track Prada heels in size 9 below $500, or black maxi dresses in sizes 4 and 6 under $100, from more than 150 online retailers in the U.S. and UK.
