Did Paula Broadwell Access Petraeus CIA Email?

General David Petraeus resigned from his position as director of the CIA earlier today, citing an extramarital affair. Now NBC News is reporting that Paula Broadwell, Petraeus' biographer, is under investigation by the FBI over improper access to the his email.

Slate's Fred Kaplan had earlier named Broadwell as the woman with whom Petraeus was having an affair.

According to NBC News Chief Foreign Correspondant Richard Engel, law enforcement officials said they don't believe that Broadwell will face any criminal charges as a result of the investigation. Moreover, those same officials stressed that Petraeu…
