New Research Describes Cyberbullying in the Workplace

Are you a victim of cyberbullying in your workplace? We hear about cyberbullying usually in relation to kids and schools, but a new study is taking a look at what's going on at work.

The results of a study by researchers at the University of Sheffield and Nottingham University will be released this week in the UK during the Economic and Social Research Councils (ESRC) Festival of Social Science.

It's really the first time research has focused on adult workers. Until now those studies have looked at the impact of cyberbullying on younger people in school environments, with many suggesting the explosive growth in social networking has lead to the huge increase in numbers.
