Russian Firm IMI.VC Raises $75M From Mail.ru Founder Michael Vinchel

logo_imi_800pxIMI.VC, a startup investment firm based in Moscow, just announced that it has raised $75 million in funding.The money comes from Michael Vinchel, who co-founded Mail.ru Group (the popular Russian email service that's probably best-known to international readers for its association with Facebook investor Digital Sky Technologies, although the two companies are now independent of each other). Vinchel sits on the IMI.VC board, and his Mail.ru co-founder Gregory Finger has been named chairman.
