Rich Ferguson is one of those people. A magician by trade, Ferguson views Halloween as the prime time for pranks and street magic. He prowls his hometown of San Luis Obispo, Calif. to provide a bit of ghoulish entertainment for unsuspecting passerby.

Children (and adults) are scared senseless as Ferguson's simple sneeze turns into a terrifying Halloween prank.
