Tweetie Creator Loren Brichter Discusses His Long-Awaited Follow-Up

Loren Brichter, the brains behind Tweetie and a former Apple employee, unveiled his first new application Wednesday since developing the beloved Twitter client in 2008 and its follow-up Tweetie 2 in 2009.

Letterpress [iTunes link], his new iPhone app,is a turn-based multiplayer word game thatprompts users to make words from a 5-by-5 grid of letters. Each user is assigned a color and when the user makes a word out of the letters, those tiles turn their color. The goal is to get as many points from making words before every letter on the board changes color.The app is free to download, but features one $0.99 in-app purchase.
