President Barack Obama and Gov. Mitt Romney meet one another in round three of the presidential debates Monday at 9 p.m. ET at Lynn University in Boca Raton, Fla.

Monday's debate will be focused on foreign policy, a hotly contentious issue as of late. General topics we're expecting to arise: The attack on the American consulate in Benghazi, Libya, Iran, Israel and Palestine and China. Technology issues that may come up include Internet governance, patent reform, free speech on the Internet, high-tech visa reform and trade regulation.
