They say that opposites attract. Any kid who plays with magnets knows this is the case, and the axiom holds true through adulthood. How else can we explain the happy marriage of opposites -- like apple pie and cheddar cheese, bacon and chocolate ... Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey?

We gladly embraced unlikely pairings for this week's Photo Challenge, asking our community to capture two opposites in one photo.
