Groupon Planning New Ad Campaign to Rebuild Image [REPORT]

Groupon, whose stock price and public image have been crushed over the past few months, is looking to rebuild both with a new campaign, according to a report.

Geri Robinson, Groupon's head of consumer marketing, told Ad Age that the company has asked a "select number" of ad agencies to vie for the account. The launch is set for early 2013, though Robinson wouldn't say whether a Super Bowl ad is part of the plan.
