There was a time when musician Jake Shimabukuro was mostly known for performing a magnificent cover that was uploaded by a stranger to YouTube in its early days. When he played his ukulele version of the classic Beatles song "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" in Central Park, he had no idea YouTube even existed -- let alone the profound effect it would have on his musical career.
