Mercedes Rolls Out Worlds Most Powerful Electric Car [PICS]

Mercedes swaggered into the Paris Motor Show this week, offering up its formidable Electric Mercedes Benz SLS AMG which it says is the world's most powerful series production electric car.

Mercedes aficionados will recognize the exterior of this electro-road rocket, which is the same as the gas-guzzling Mercedes SLS AMG rolled out in 2009. Sure, there is an "electric drive" badge that differentiates this from that, but the serious action is going on inside, where there are four electric motors, each driving one of the supercar's wheels.
