Facebook Lets Voters Share Their Registration Stories on Timeline

Throughout this year's presidential election, people everywhere have used social media to post about candidates, debates and all things politics. From thought-provoking arguments to one-sided rants, we've seen a little bit of everything.

As of today, Facebook will allow users to share a story on their timelines about something all sides can agree on: registering to vote. With the new feature, you can post when, where and why you decided to register.

To use the feature, click the "Life Event" option near the status box on your profile page. Then, select "Travel & Experiences" (at the very bottom) and scroll down to "Registered to Vote."
