Dramatic 30-Second Walking Dead Promo Slays 2 Zombies

A new promo for The Walking Dead's season three highlights critics' positive impressions of the series -- all the while the characters encounter zombies and kill two of them.

The video, shared exclusively with Mashable, shows the zombie apocalypse survivors battling outside of a prison, where they hope to seek sanctuary because of its potential amenities: weapons, food and medicine.

Once inside the prison, they will have to fend off any remaining zombie occupants and even other humans who might already call the prison home. "The Governor," a new villain who is the leader of a small community of survivors, also might sour their plans to occupy the prison.…
