Soccer Player Nearly Blown Up by Grenade Thrown on Field [VIDEO]

Sometimes, soccer fans throw trash and other debris onto the pitch. Usually those things are not grenades. But an Iranian soccer player was nearly blown up after after tossing away a grenade he thought was a piece of trash on the field of play, according this video uploaded to YouTube on Thursday. As the video shows, things would have ended very, very badly had the device detonated just a fraction of a second earlier. The match was called off and police are reportedly investigating.
