This Game of Thrones Cover Is a Vocal and Violin Masterpiece [VIDEO]


After their cover of Skyrim's theme song went viral to the tune of 10 million YouTube views, a cappella singer Peter Hollens and violinist Lindsey Stirling decided to rejoin forces, tackling the Game of Thrones title song.

The song [iTunes link] was created using 140 tracks of voice and violin (with some background stomping).

"We filmed it around Eugene, Oregon. My home," Hollens, whose cover songs have previously been featured on Mashable, told us. "Lindsey flew in for a few days and stayed at my house."
