Bill Clinton Tops Tweets on Day Two of DNC [VIDEO]


Bill Clinton's speech on day two of the Democratic National Convention topped Twitter, seeing the night's highest spike in tweets per minute.

At 22,087 TPM, the end of Clinton's 50-minute-long address Wednesday beat Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney's peak last week in Tampa, but was lower than First Lady Michelle Obama's Tuesday night, according to Twitter's official blog.
