Gangnam Style Web Sensation Psy Will Appear At VMAs

First Justin Bieber. Then Carly Rae Jepsen. Now, talent manager Scooter Braun has signed viral YouTube sensation PSY, whose Korean electronica dance hit "Gangnam Style" has been watched 105 million times.

"We've come to an agreement to make some history together," Braun announced in the above video, with the goal of helping PSY become "the first Korean artist to break a big record in the United States."

PSY will be on Schoolboy Records, which is the same branch of Universal Republic Records that roped in Jepsen as her "Call Me Maybe" song garnered massive fame online.

Not only that, Braun confirmed that PSY will appear at MTV's VMAs on Thursday.
