3-Year-Old Doodle Jump Adds Huge Free-To-Play Update With Ninjas [VIDEO]

Mobile smash Doodle Jump received the biggest update on Thursday since the game was launched three years ago.

Players will now be able to access a Doodle Jump store that gives them several ninja-themed costume options, as well as upgrades to the items found in the game.

Doodle Jump is a simple title with quaint, hand-drawn graphics where you navigate a little green creature up a series of platforms. The game works through the phone's gyroscope -- tilting your device left and right to control the Doodler's ascent. Miss a platform though, and you'll fall back to the bottom again.
