Startups Shouldnt Ignore International Patent Protection
Editor's Note: The following is a guest post by Jeffrey Shieh, a senior patent attorney at patent filing provider inovia. I (Alexia) actually completely disagree with him. However, not much is said about how international patent protection does or should factor into the business strategies of startups. But we know that for many startups, their innovations are the lifeblood of their company. As such, it is vital for these companies to protect their innovations from competitors by securing intellectual property rights.Original Link: http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/Techcrunch/~3/6dnxCJk15T8/
