Judge: Apple Lawyers Smoking Crack


Are the lawyers Apple hired for its patent litigation against Samsung smoking crack? That's what judge Lucy Koh asked Thursday in court. But an Apple attorney categorically denied the charge, saying, "Your Honor, I'm not smoking crack."

This all comes via New York Times tech reporter Nick Wingfield, who tweeted this summary of the bizarre exchange from the courtroom:
