There's no denying teenage singing phenom Justin Bieber's star power. His good looks, luscious locks and soulful voice can make a stadium full of girls weep. But, can Bieber also push tech startups to stardom?

Apparently so -- over the weekend the social ratings iPhone app Stamped soared in the Apple App Store after Bieber mentioned them on Twitter. The Canadian singersongwriter is a force to be reckoned with on the microblogging platform with 26.2 million followers and counting.
