Charlie Sheen Quits Twitter

Charlie Sheen's Twitter adventure is coming to an end. The controversial star told Jay Leno on The Tonight Show Monday night that the account "was never my idea in the first place."

However, Sheen says he's still within the 30-day window to reclaim the account, or sell it. Sheen signed off his account last Thursday with the tweet, "Reach for the stars everyone. Dogspeed cadre. c out."

Sheen joined Twitter in March 2011 after a public spat with with the producer of his hit show Two and a Half Men. Sheen's Twitter experience was nothing if not notable.
