Google Says Android Adoption and Google+ Engagement Are Growing




Today's Google I/O keynote in San Francisco covered a lot of ground, from the expected announcement of the most recent Android version Jellybean, to the new Nexus 7 Android tablet and the new Nexus Q. The company also took time during the keynote event to update its user and developers on some impressive stats about the Android and Google+ ecosystems.

Here are some of the biggest takeaways that struck us.

Since last year's I/O, total Android activations have risen from 100 million to 400 million devices.
