The Day After Its $1.2B Purchase By Microsoft, Yammer Goes Down

It's been down for at least an hour already and is covering several geographies, from what we can see.The crash will not do any favors to Microsoft, which plans to integrate the company into its Microsoft Office division and looks to be part of a wider, integrated social and cloud push from the Redmond, Washington software giant.
