Lady Gaga Hit With Pole at Concert, Makeup Artist Tweets Concussion

A male backup dancer accidentally smacked Lady Gaga in her noggin with a metal pole (see 0:18 in the video) during a performance of "Judas" on Sunday in New Zealand.

The incident caused a concussion, says Gaga's makeup artist Tara Savelo:

The ever-resilient performer stumbled after the whack and walked off stage but promptly returned.
