In iOS 6, Siri Gets Smarter and Comes to the iPad

Siri has been out for eight months now, and with iOS 6 will be seeing some enhanced new features including the ability to check out trailers for movies, see how your favorite team is doing, and launch apps. And it will all be available in iOS 6 on the new iPad (the third-gen iPad).

Apple announced the following updates Monday at its Worldwide Developers Conference.

Sports
For some sports-related questions Siri will give players their own baseball card-like screens. Siri can tell you stats like the batting average for your favorite player, or information like who's taller LeBron or Kobe.
