Illinois Assemblyman withdraws urine-testing for welfare bill when colleague adds urine-testing for Assemblyman amendment

Rep. Jud McMillin, a Republican in the Illinois General Assembly, has withdrawn a bill requiring mandatory drug-testing for welfare recipients.
