How would you change Motorola's Droid 3?

Believe it or not, Motorola's Droid 3 shipped back in July. That feels like about eight centuries ago, but for those who've spent the last few months toying with what used to be Verizon's latest and greatest, here's your chance to voice your opinion. Are you pleased with the keyboard? Satisfied with the software? Would you change up the form factor any when dreaming of the Droid 4? Tired of that "lip" just beneath the board?
