Website Designer/Developer Needed

Hello everyone, I am looking to create my company website and it seems that I’ll need some custom work done. I have screen shots available of what I would like and I’ve included some reference websites below. Basically, I’m an architect/planner and need a website that will put my illustrations/videos first.

An online portfolio if you will. I’m thinking of a drafting table with a navigation overlays that slide in/out when selected (see site reference #1 for overall design, site reference #2 for tab locations and slide effect). I will need a CMS system that will allow me to change the overall site colors, upload images to a carrousel, set slide transition time, set side order,etc, etc…….if you’re interested, send me an email so that I don’t have to type everything up.

We are currently looking for a professional designer who supports us in designing graphics. We are a start up company that develops a new machine which could be controlled with a touch screen. On this screen we want to show the user several animations / illustrations how to use the UI / machine. To start we need the following graphics:
