With v2.0, Assistly Brings A Simple Pricing Model, Rewards, And A Bit Of Free To Customer Service Software
Assistly, a cloud-based customer support platform, raised $3 million in funding in January of this year from Bullpen Capital, Index Ventures, Salesforce, as well as several other angels and VCs. It also helps that the startup counts Mark Cuban and David Liu as advisors.Original Link: http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/Techcrunch/~3/LahD5KZbc40/
