DelayedLock: keep your Android screen from locking immediately
DelayedLock is a useful Android app that prevents your device from locking up for a minute or two after you switch it off. I often turn off the handset when following map directions, but it's a pain in the ass to unlock it a few seconds later to figure out which turn goes next. (via Lifehacker)...
